Meet & Discuss
Meet and Discuss is a forum for APSCUF and Management to talk about and negotiate solutions to local problems and interpretations of the contract. It is, in short, where the abstractions of the contract is turned into concrete action appropriate to local conditions. A week before each Meet & Discuss meeting there is a "pre-Meet & Discuss" to set the agenda.
