Grievance

A grievance is a specific instance in which the contract has been violated. It may be filed by an individual faculty member, a group of faculty, or by APSCUF. Grievances are serious matters, and it is important that all faculty know their rights and responsibilities under the CBA concerning grievance procedure and arbitration (CBA, Article 5). The Grievance Committee makes non case-specific reports to the local representative assembly.
